주요 목표

Bespoke Lab의 프로젝트 매니저는 자막 프로젝트의 전 과정을 관리하며 내/외부 커뮤니케이션, 일정 관리, 리스크 관리, 인보이싱 등 다양한 업무를 수행합니다. 이 역할에서 성공하기 위해서는 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 프로젝트 관리 능력이 필요하며, 클라이언트 및 내부 팀과 협력해 높은 수준의 결과물을 기한 내 제공해야 합니다. 또한 동시에 여러 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 멀티태스킹 역량이 중요합니다.

담당 업무

1. Project Planning and Execution:

   1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of subtitling projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

   2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and establish project workflows.

2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding subtitling projects, managing client expectations, and addressing project-related inquiries and concerns.

   2. Cultivate positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Budget and Resource Management:

   1. Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

   2. Allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and technology, to optimize project efficiency and meet project requirements within budget constraints.

4. Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

   1. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address them.

   2. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the project plan, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

   1. Generate regular progress reports, project status updates, and other project documentation to communicate project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders.

   2. Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and archives for future reference and auditing purposes

자격 요건

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in captioning/subtitling or a related field
2. Highly analytical and meticulous
3. Korean Speaker with professional to native proficiency in English
4. Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
5. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and Apple computers

근무 조건

ㆍ고용형태 : 정규직(수습기간 3개월)
ㆍ급여 : 면접 후 결정 
ㆍ근무지 : 서울 마포구 와우산로29나길 8 
ㆍ근무요일/시간 : 주 5일 (월~금) 10:00~19:00
